Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received the item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returning the Item(s)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a proof of purchase.
To return the item(s), you should mail it to:

If asked for a reference number, please tell them you're sending the item directly to the seller. There's no need for a reference number.
After returning the item(s)
- Send us the photo/copy of the return receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund/exchange will be processed
- Send us your bank account details to where we will wire the refund.
- BDO account is preferable.
- Wait for the refund to be processed within 3-5 business days.
- Send us the address to where we will send the exchange.
- Wait for the exchange to be processed, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over ₱3000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s), lost parcel(s) using third party shipping services is not our responsibility.
